ECITB Mechanical Joint Integrity MJI10 concentrates on the skilled performance expected when working with hand torqued flanged pipe joints. Learners will use manual tooling in this technically detailed training which focuses on safety.

The target group for ECITB Mechanical Joint Integrity Training is anyone involved in hydraulic tension bolted connection activity in the work place.

This ECITB Mechanical Joint Integrity course is a combination of MJI10, MJI18 & MJI19 which concentrate on the skills to perform various MJI techniques using a range of equipment, including hand torquing, hydraulically torquing, and hydraulically tensioning.

The target group for ECITB Mechanical Joint Integrity Training is anyone involved in mechanical joint integrity in the work place.

This two (2) day, small bore tubing, cone and threaded medium and high pressure course is aimed at learners with no previous small bore tubing training.

This two (2) day, small bore tubing, twin ferrule mechanical grip fittings course is aimed at learners with no previous small bore tubing training.

Engineering technical tests from the ECITB assess and validate the ability of individual employees or prospective recruits to perform the skill-based tasks that the industry needs.

This combined package is for TMJI 10, 11, 18, 19 and 20 and is delivered over 2.5 days.

Each technical test contains 10 questions and a practical activity on the specified test.

The target group for ECITB Mechanical Joint Integrity Training is anyone involved in hydraulic tension bolted connection activity in the work place.

The candidate has to successfully use the appropriate tools, equipment and materials to plan, prepare, fabricate, assemble and install a small bore tubing assembly as per the specified drawing and within set tolerances.

The candidate has to successfully dismantle, identify faults and defects on small bore tubing assemblies. Then reinstall small bore tubing assemblies using the appropriate tools, equipment and materials as per the specified drawing and specification sheet within set tolerances.
