ECITB Mechanical Joint Integrity IMJI 01 and 10 concentrates on the skilled performance expected when working with hand-torqued bolted and clamp connection techniques.

ECITB Mechanical Joint Integrity IMJI18 concentrates on the skilled performance expected when working hydraulic tension bolted connections.

ECITB Mechanical Joint Integrity IMJI10-20 course is a comprehensive course that concentrates on the skills to perform various MJI techniques using a range of equipment.

Learners will gain the skills required to dismantle, inspect, prepare, assemble, and tighten flanged and clamped connector pipe joints and bolted connections using hand torque, hydraulic torque equipment, and hydraulic tension equipment.

This two (2) day, small bore tubing, cone and threaded medium and high pressure course is aimed at learners with no previous small bore tubing training.

This two (2) day, small bore tubing, twin ferrule mechanical grip fittings course is aimed at learners with no previous small bore tubing training.

Candidates will be tested in the dismantling, assembly, and hand torquing of flanged joints to validate competence.

Candidates will be tested in the dismantling, assembly, and tensioning bolted connections to validate competence.

Candidates will be tested in the dismantling, assembly, and hydraulic torquing of flanged joints to validate competence.

The candidate has to successfully use the appropriate tools, equipment and materials to plan, prepare, fabricate, assemble and install a small bore tubing assembly as per the specified drawing and within set tolerances.

The candidate has to successfully dismantle, identify faults and defects on small bore tubing assemblies. Then reinstall small bore tubing assemblies using the appropriate tools, equipment and materials as per the specified drawing and specification sheet within set tolerances.

This course is coming in 2023. Contact our booking team for more information.

This module is designed as an add-on to SBT01, enabling delegates to gain training in both twin ferrule (SBT01) and Cone and Threaded Fittings (SBT02).

This 1-day module can only be completed by learners who hold an ECITB SBT01 approved course certificate taken in the previous six months or have a valid TSBT01 technical test certificate.

ECITB Mechanical Joint Integrity IMJI19 & 20 module concentrates on the skilled performance expected when working with hydraulically torqued bolted connections of flanged and clamp connector pipe joints.

Candidates will be tested in the dismantling, assembly, and hand torquing of clamp connectors to validate competence.

Candidates will be tested in the dismantling, assembly, and hand torquing of clamp connectors to validate competence.

The blended learning option for the ECITB Mechanical Joint Integrity Training is delivered in two parts:

1) A self-study e-learning module to deliver the theory.

2) 1 day of practicals in the training centre to complete the practical elements of IMJI 10, 11, 18, 19 and 20.

Both parts are charged together.

ECITB MJIe eLearning course can be completed as a refresher training option by "Experienced Workers" up to 4 weeks before attendance of TMJI technical testing or as part of a blended learning option where "New Workers" can attend MJIBL blended learning practical training within 4 weeks of course completion to achieve full ECITB MJI training certification.

This combined test package will see candidates tested in TIMJI 10, 11, 18, 19 and 20 and lasts 1.5 days.

ECITB Mechanical Joint Integrity IMJI10, 11, and 19 concentrate on the skilled performance expected when working with hand and hydraulically torqued flanged and clamp connector pipe joints.
